What is Immram Consulting?
Immram Consulting exists to support organisations doing good in the world, such as non-profits, NGOs, civil society groups, development organisations, and government branches, through the complexities of their work. We help mission-driven teams navigate the pressures of impact, learning, and accountability so they can make a meaningful difference for people, communities, and the environment.

Who We Are
The name Immram comes from an old Irish word meaning a rowing boat, as well as a genre of early Irish tales where the hero sets out to sea without a fixed map or destination. These stories are not about arriving at a predefined endpoint, but about embarking on a journey, navigating uncertainty, and learning through experience.
This reflects what we do at Immram Consulting. We support organisations doing good through periods of complexity, helping them find clarity and direction amid uncertainty. Like the small boat in an Immram, we guide organisations as they move thoughtfully and intentionally through challenges, refining systems and processes to achieve sustainable, real-world impact.
